How to make a claim

If your Solanzo product has a fault covered under warranty, email our team to open a case. We will acknowledge your claim and guide you through the next steps.

Have the following ready so we can verify your cover and help faster:

  • Product model and serial number
  • Purchase date and place of purchase
  • Clear description of the fault or performance issue
  • Photos of the product label and any visible fault
