The Gas Turbine Flow Meter provides accurate, stable measurement of clean, dry and non-corrosive gases. It is engineered for natural-gas metering, pressure-regulating stations, industrial gas systems, and transmission or distribution pipelines.

Precision turbine measurement

Gas velocity drives a precision-balanced turbine rotor whose rotational speed is proportional to volumetric flow. An electronic sensor converts the rotation into a frequency signal for pulse, 4-20 mA or digital communication outputs, supporting responsive monitoring and process control.

Industrial construction and connectivity

A robust SS304 or SS316 body, threaded or flanged connections, flexible output protocols and intrinsically safe hazardous-area protection provide dependable performance in demanding installations. An integrated oil-injection pump is available as an option.

Suitable gas media

Primarily intended for natural gas. Subject to appropriate material, seal and calibration selection, it can also measure air, nitrogen, hydrogen, coal gas, conditioned biogas, LPG vapour and other clean, dry, non-corrosive gases.

Natural-gas metering and pressure-regulating stations, gas transmission and distribution networks, petroleum and petrochemical facilities, chemical plants, power generation, industrial boilers and burners, biogas systems, compressed-gas networks, and gas-consumption monitoring.

Selection guidance

Selection should account for gas composition, operating and standard flow ranges, minimum and maximum pressure, process temperature, connection standard and required output protocol. For hydrogen, biogas, LPG vapour or other specialised gases, confirm compatibility of all wetted materials, seals and explosion-protection options before ordering.
